The 3-year old Virgin Mobile Music Festival is relocating from Baltimore’s Pimlico Race Course to Merriweather Post Pavilion. This year’s concert goes down August 30th and is headlined by Weezer, Blink-182 and Public Enemy. 35,000 tickets are available via Tickemaster.com.
